[RWP] m4a files with reaper

Convert it to wav or flac with another utility first.
I use Foobar2000's converter to do this. Reaper doesn't natively support 
that file type. Even SoundForge can open M4A with the appropriate 
QuickTime codecs installed, but not Reaper, it seems.
