[RWP] Adding effects to an item in raper Version 3 using ReaAccess

[Indigo]

With a track selected with the up/down arrows, press the letter F Frank 
to open the effects load dialog.
If you don't have a track, insert an empty track with ctrl+T Tom.
Then press F and use your tab and arrow keys to navigate to the effect 
you want, then press enter on it and it will load to the track you selected.
If you prefer to understand the relationship between the music and the 
effect, create an empty track to hold the effect, press F and load the 
effect.
Then press escape to go back to track view, then press the letter I 
Indigo while the effects track is selected.
In the IO dialog, tab to get lines where you can create sends or 
receives connecting the effect to the music track.
