[RWP] Adding effects to an item in raper Version 3 using ReaAccess

Hi TheOreoMonsterand list,
to addd an effect to an item press shift+E. Be aware though that you 
won't be able to altre its parameters using the shift+P command, command 
available only on the effect that is ona track.
