[RWP] Reaper keycaps path on windows

Except i don’t think this is a reaper specific thing. I think its a matter of how the TWO OS’s treat hot keys. Even though the command Key  is the windows key, It takes on the role of CTRL in keyboard shortcut in just about every app I can think off. So Natrually it should have those HotKeys convert to CTRL on windows. I think in the sense of not cons using customers The CTRL key just becomes the windows key by process of elimination.   Find and replace should make it easy enough to genera a Windows Version of the HotKey List in most any text editor.

The question is this, Does the actions work on a PC when the appropriate converted keys are used?
