[RWP] Reaper keycaps path on windows

You can import them from anywhere, and so far as I can tell it's safe
to delete from that original location once you've imported. Reaper
must copy the file to wherever it needs it to be. Interestingly, that
doesn't seem to be either of the paths I found earlier.

The plot thickens...
