[RWP] Reaper keycaps path on windows

But, as far as I know, paths are not case sensitive.
At least I know I've typed paths sometimes with and sometimes without 
caps, and they work anyway.
I have more trouble remembering whether paths need backslashes or slashes.
It's a plot created by the compulsives to drive crazy those of us who 
don't sweat the little things in life. smile.
