[RWP] Reaper keycaps path on windows

Here on Win7, I'm seeing keymaps in two locations:
c:\Program Files\REAPER (x64)\InstallData\Keymaps
c:\Users\{YourUserName}\AppData\Roaming\Reaper\KeyMaps

Note: some weird differences in what's upper and lower case between
these paths that I didn't expect.
