[RWP] Applications key no longer triggers context menu

If it is a window class issue that's likely not where it is. I think that T
is on the right track, but whatever the issue is not screenreader dependent
because NVDA also fails in the same way on Reaper 4. I assume there's some
way to check the class in NVDA as well as JAWS but don't know what it is,
otherwise I'd help out more.
