[RWP] Applications key no longer triggers context menu

There again, even in Reaper version 3's,when I first used reaper, I
always loaded effects from the FX Routing page.
.
I just press F while on a track and the load effects dialog pops up.
That F page is great, with effects parameters at your tab key and values
at your arrow keys, for the Rea effects and any plug as accessible as
those are.
The F page, FX routing page, is also where I find lists of playable
synth presets in some VSTI plugs.
I'll explore all modifiers plus the applications key for those missing
menus, though.
Thanks,
Indi

also where I've had the most luck with probing a plug's native interface
with number pad review in various screenreaders.
