[RWP] Sequencer Baby, New Reaper App

Scott, the improvements in ReaSamplomatic 5000 are covered in the Reaper 
4.5 User Guide, at:
http://www.cockos.com/reaper/download.php
but for some reason I can't download it.
I'll go get a cup of hot soup to warm up and try again to download it later.
