[RWP] Sequencer Baby, New Reaper App

Might also be worth noting at this point that in a recent version,
Cockos seemed to do a bunch of stuff to make the stock
ReaSamplematic5000 plugin more powerful. Not sure how usable what
they've added is, or how powerful it makes it for the people who
really use this type of thing, but to a sampling newb like me they
sounded like pretty big improvements.

If anyone finds time to take a look, report back.
