[RWP] Second Sound Card in Reaper, will I have More or Less Problems?

Very simple, I'm still bothering with the USB output from my pedal
because I wasn't satisfied with running its XLR output through yet
another set of AD/DA converters.
The sounds the pedal generates aren't crude, why should I make them
sound crude?
