[RWP] Sequencer Baby, New Reaper App

Sorry, some we win and some we lose.
I'm gonna look again at Poise, with its 16 pads and several selections 
per pad, as a way of triggering loops.

I believe the author has made some access improvements, and I could very 
nearly access it earlier, before he made any improvements.
