[RWP] Using Autohotkey with sforzando vst?

HotSpotKnockoff is an AHK script, and will work with any screen reader. It
is HotSpotClicker on depressants.
BI wrote it, but can't remember how it works. But, basically, you teach it
about your application, where you want to click, etc.
I think there are instructions at the top of this AHK file.
I hope so, or we're both in the dark.
