[RWP] reaper vs sound forge

Everything you can do in sound forge you can do in reaper. However it will  be done differently and thats probably where the bulk of the learning will be. Reaper does come with a ton of effects of its own and the sound forge ones will be available in reaper as well if you keep the version of sound forge you have installed on the same machine.
