Well Reaper is a multi-track editor whereas Sound Forge isn't.

Subject: [RWP] reaper vs sound forge
Hello.
I've been using sound forge for my editing and mixing of audio for a very
long time and I'm wondering, does reaper have most of the capabilities that
sound forge has or even more capabilities?
I'm not crazy about paying $300 plus to upgrade to sound forge 11 so if
reaper has all the effects, delays, chorus, etc. that sf has, I'd like to
give it a go.
Thanks for any info or forum posts that might answer this question more
fully
