[RWP] no audio

I have a similar problem with my eMu 16 16m PCIE soundcard.
Its inaccessible control panel requires a session template that 
configures the control panel's inputs and outputs, and to run on 24 
bits, to be selected.
I could do the selection of the correct template in XP, but couldn't in 
Windows 7 64, so required a second of sighted help to mouse click it, 
then to exit from the control panel and leave that template selected as 
the default
Now my soundcard always plays from Reaper.
