Also in preferences under media you may want to check copy imported media into project directory. In project preferences (ALT+Enter) under the media tab, Type a name like “Audio” or “Tracks” in the field labeled “Path To Save Media Files” to create a sub folder in the project folder that saves all the recorded and imported media files.
