[RWP] Installing reaaccess for Reaper 32 on a windows 64 system?

Hi all,
So, I have a friend who has a windows 7 64 bit system but wants to run Reaper 32 bit with reaaccess. She installed Reaper 32 but Every time she tries to install reaaccess it gives her an error that some components are missing. If she installed reaper 64 first, everything is fine and reaaccess installs on the 64-bit, but not on the 32. How can she bypass reaper 64 and get reaaccess to install to the 32 bit version?
