[RWP] Recabinet 4, general plugin frustration and suggestions

Hope y'all are having a good holiday and things.

Good news about Recabinet 4 and Reaper. I finally went and grabbed the
4.0.1 update, and there is rudimentary keyboard access in the plug UI.
After fainting and going to the hospital for shock therapy, I realized
that tab and shift-tab goes through things, and arrows alter them.
Nothing speaks, but if you've ever tweaked a guit plug before it's
easy to guess what each thing does.

You need NVDA OCR or JAWS ocr to first get focus to the plug window on
a control, then go from there. Far from pretty, but if you know how
anything digital audio goes...

I've made a ton of presets, mostly metal so far. Hit me up if ya want 'em.
