[RWP] new reaper

I haven't gotten Shift+context to work here nope, but also haven't run
across any options from that menu which I couldn't find elsewhere yet,
so it hasn't been a biggy. Let us know which options are eluding you,
maybe someone will be able to nudge you in the right direction.
