[RWP] Time stretching on item

Hello Tom, your solution seems perfect by "move and stretch item to 
time". A last difficulty, when you say:
"select amount of time", how do you do that? I tried to select beat by 
beat, with shift+arrow right, or in placing start and end point, but no 
effect.
