[RWP] Time stretching on item

Hi Alexis,

In Reaper, I don't know how to do it. One workaround could be to edit the item in an external audio editor like GoldWave and use the "time warp" function within this editor.

Problem: I performed this operation on several pieces but those pieces were never intended to be edited inside Reaper.

I'm failing on a stupid thing. I want to time stretch an item for making 
it faster. I can't find the function in item properties with caplock+F2, 
nor in FX list. Sorry again, but where is it?
