[RWP] new reaper

I ,.like all the readers for different reasons, they all have something 
to offer, it's hard to keep up with so many things,
but since I teach this stuff and do a wee bit of dev work, I try to keep 
my hand in it all.

I haven't done system access yet, one day, but n v d a, jaws, and 
window-eyes all.

I love them and hate them all for different reasons 'grin'.
