[RWP] new reaper

Whoa there chaps, settle down... no need for a reader war here.

Chrissie, absolutely nothing has changed at the ReaAccess end of the
deal, because we're still stuck up a creak without a paddle as far as
future development. If anything's changed with Window-Eyes that
enables a fix, I haven't seen it being posted about yet either.
