[RWP] Patch and bank changes: Something I should know, but can't figure out

I would think that preexisting bank and patch changes would show up in the 
events list, which you can either access in the built-in midi editor by 
hitting alt-3 or by going to the midi access screen by hitting control enter 
and seeing everything laid out. Not positive about any of this though.
