[RWP] Patch and bank changes: Something I should know, but can't figure out

Yep, same problem with existing midi files here. Maybe something in one of the editors will show it. Changing them is no problem, but knowing what they already are set to is, at least to me. I'm only just now getting into midi with Reaper, so perhaps I am missing something obvious.
