[RWP] Basic help

Hello, this is Vitor from Portugal again. 
I see most of you are quite advanced reaper users; that’s not my case at this time..

Actually i can open a project, press control t to insert a track, f7 to arm it and record. My question is: how can i overdube with Reaper?

It only is possible to hear what i record on another player at this moment. Apparently i have everything setup correctly, including my recording and playback device, wich are respectivly a Behringer Xenix QX1202 USB interface, and a Creative SBXFI 5.1 pro. I’m running Reaper 4 with Reaaccess on a windows 7 64 bit machine. Could anyone help me? How could i find a manual or audio tutorial at least with those basic tips on how to record and overdube? For now i’m not yet interested in midi. Thanks.
