Well, yes there's always that.

My understanding is that for digital technology,
burning data to optical media or MDisc
non dye based media will be less likely to be ruined by a solar emp.

YOu might have trouble finding a player, but one might hope if the 
hordes of rading starving tribes of canibals don't eat us,
and we don't die from other stuff that we might rise up and reclaim our 
data ha ha.
