[RWP] Question about fading down items

Hi List,
> When ever I want to fade an item down, as in a manual fade so that a voice track can come in, I make a split in the items, and grow or shrink the various items to where I want the fade to take place. However, I notice that when the items cross over, I get a flanging or a course effect when the fade happens.
> Therefore, I have to set the soon ratio extremely precise, as in about 15,000, so that I can reposition the items so that the fade sounds natural. This process is sort of time-consuming. Why does this happen, and what can I do to avoid it?
