Hi Scott.

I had an off topic question about .flac files and I wasn't sure if it was

Welcome back! Not sure how far you got with Reaper last time around, but
just so you know, CTRL+T will create a new track which you'll need to name
and press enter. Once you've done that, the F key will open the effects
browser. If you choose a plugin that doesn't expose its user interface to a
screen reader natively in that fx window (most don't), then one way to get
at the automatable parameters is to hit escape to get back to the track
control panel, then hit Shift+P to browse the automatable parameters for
plugs on the currently selected track. If you find that some of your plugins
aren't showing up, you can configure your VST paths in Preferences/VST.

Hope that gets you going...
