[RWP] a newbie, not to the list but to reaper itself

I can use paulstretch in audacity with no problems.  Oh, one hint about
that, even though it's not reaper related, you know how when you paulstretch
something, it has this weird warbly effect going on?  To lessen that, change
the resolution form .25 to 1 for those who are interested.

Reaper won't work with some of the Ladsva plug-ins. It's a pity too, because
Palstretch and the phaser are two of the best.
