[RWP] a newbie, not to the list but to reaper itself

Hey Ken,

In Preferences/Editing or at least a category very close to that,
you'll find a checkbox that controls whether Reaper moves the
insertion point to the end of files when you insert them. Uncheck it,
and it'll behave how you'd like.
