Hey Scott,

Ah, you probably need to tell Reaper about that soundcard and pick
which driver protocol to use. Those options live in
Preferences/Devices. Devices is quite a way above VST in the tree
view.

Hmmm, odd that it either didn't rescan. or didn't pick up on those
extra VSTs. You might try hitting the "Clear cache and rescan" button
instead?
