[RWP] Reaper 3 or 4?

4 here, the latest public build more often than not. That's out of
habit really. Some window layouts changed between 3 and 4 that I'd
have to think about a bit if I went back to 3, and if there's one
thing I don't like it's thinking lol. Important thing is that good
music can be made in either version.
