Hadi, there is a Windows 7 64 bit driver that works for your eMu 1212M.
I know, because I have the eMu 1616M PCIE, and it runs fine on 64-bit
Windows 7 Home Premium with the more recently released 64 bit driver.
I think it's a re-written version of the beta driver that Creative
released around 2010 for 64-bit Vista, which nearly worked, with some
issues.
In 2013 Creative issued an improved 64-bit driver for their older PCIE
interfaces.
You can google for eMu 1212M Windows 7 64-bit driver, and you'll get the
exact World Creative page to download the driver.
If you can't find it by googling, I'll post the download link.
As for installing Reaper x64 and ReaAccess, mixing 32 and 64 bit Reaper
files has been done, but, it's way simpler to install only the 64-bit
version of Reaper on a computer running Windows 7 64 bit, and install
only the 32-bit Reaper on a computer.
running XP 32-bit.
As for ReaAccess, there is only 1 version that works on both 32 and 64
bits.
Install Reaper first, then open and close Reaper before installing
ReaAccess.
You didn't say what screenreader you're using.
Jaws, NVDA and System Access all work for Reaper in 64-bits, but
Window-Eyes can't run 64-bit Reaper.
Hope any of this helps,
Indi
