[RWP] reaaccess problem - It will not get installed on reaper 32bit, in windows 64bit

copy all the ReaAccess files from your 64bit reaper install to the 32 bit version. Not sure why the sound card would show up in the 32 bit version but not the 64 bit version. That part doesn't sound right
