[RWP] reaaccess problem - It will not get installed on reaper 32bit, in windows 64bit

Hi uguys.

I have faced a very terrible problem.
I have upgraded my memory from 4GB to 8GB. So i installed win7 64bit.
I installed REAPER 64bit, but my audio interface which is emu-1212M, 
cannot be detected in REAPER 64bit.
So i installed REAPER 32 bit, in my windows.
Now when i run  reaaccess.exe, it keeps saying to run and close REAPER. 
Apparently it thinks that I'm running a 64bit version of REAPER, because 
my windows is 64bit.
Is there any hacks/fixes for this that you can think of?
