[RWP] SONAR to REAPER.pdf

I just cllicked on the link provided here, then once it opened and 
displayed, I selected all with ctrl+a and copied the whole text to 
clipboard, with ctrl+C then pasted it with ctr+V into Jarte, my favorite 
word processer, and saved it as SonarToReaper.txt.

Unless you really want the links that jump quickly to topics, I think 
the time waiting to load PDF's  is a pain, and always convert them to 
text anyway.
