[RWP] Record Monitoring button has disappeared.

Yeah, this is what i was talking about with the input menu disappearing on me after a time. It seems the channel strip layout changes over time and there is no telling what causes to or what makes different elements disappear. That being said this is probably a shortcut best activated from ReaConsole/the actions list with a hot key assigned. If you are using the Keyboard Ninja hotkey list then one is already created.
