[RWP] Record Monitoring button has gone. Solved

I've fixed the Record Monitoring button disappearance issue. I remembered that Patrick recommended turning off the docker option in the view menu in order to make Voice-Over more responsive. It seems however that by doing this it gets rid of the Record Monitoring option. Problem solved. Perhaps that mightt solve other people's issues with not being able to see certain buttons.
