[RWP] volume dropping when time compressing

Hi everyone.
I've used reaper for a long time but just recently got around to
checking out the latest version.
I do have to use time stretching sometimes, for this the elastique
algorythms gives the best result.
However there's one thing I'm noticing that I've not noticed so bad
with the earlier versions of elastique in earlier reaper, especially
not with elastique v1.
When I time compress, take something and speed it up, the volume level
of that item gets lower. The more I speed up from normal tempo the
lower it gets.
I know that transients can get lost with time stretching, but don't
like the fact that the overall volume seems to change.
I wonder if anyone else come across this.
To test this, load some audio in to reaper, posibly a full mix. Then
speed it up a couple of bpm's. I've compared with the other soundtouch
time stretching, and even though the qualitty is a bit too low for my
liking, the audio volume still stays the same.
This could actually just be how elastique actually works, but I
haven't noticed it so much Before.
