Nope, you can't run 64 bit Reaper with Window-Eyes.
Download NVDA and try that on Reaper.
You'll barely know you aren't in jaws, most NVDA moves are the same as 
Wineyes and Jaws.
However, you'll need to reinstall ReaAccess, then put a checkmark on 
NVDA as one of the screenreaders you intend to use.
