[RWP] Should keystrokes be passed through when using plugins in separate windows

Not sure if this is the same on Mac, but on Windows I have to toggle
"Send all keyboard input to plugin" in the FX menu, then sometimes I
have to click ( (physically or virtually) in the plugin UI to convince
Reaper that I really do want to do that. I don't use the option you
mentioned to run each plug in a separate window, but imagine the same
workaround would apply.
