[RWP] Should keystrokes be passed through when using plugins in separate windows

Hi,
I configured my Reaper to open plugin UIs in separate windows. However, I
noticed that I am not able to pass plugin's keystrokes through to Reaper.
Is this an expected behavior or there is something htat can be done about
this?
