[RWP] Recording inputs menu, meter readings, and contacting Reaper developers

Just a quick note to say that the functionality Indie is referencing
at the tab key for each selected track is definitely an Ivan special,
not native to Reaper and therefore won't be appearing on Mac unless
someone cares to code it. IMO, the functions bound to F keys are more
valuable anyway, especially the CTRL+Shift+F keys announcing states
globally.
