I'm not sure what you mean since there are 309 parameters that can be 
accessed via ReaAccess.

Where does one find the .adpreset file?

I'd correct that to be "some of the parameters can be accessed." Are
you using ReAccess or something else to do it? I use reAccess and then
edit the .adpreset file manually to adjust room softness, enable or
disable filters and pitch, etc.
