First, you download the sforzando dll and put it in your working Reaper
configuration.
Next, start Reaper. Then, With NVDA loaded, follow these steps.
1. Press Insert+I. This will bring up the instruments drop down menu.
2. Arrow down until you hear insert virtual instrument and press enter.
3. You will be placed in a filter edit box. Type "sfz" into the filter
box, without the quotes of course.
4. Press shift tab and press the down arrow to select the sforzando
plugin from the list.
5. Press enter, and then shift tab until you hear NVDA say, "UI button."
6. Route your NVDA review cursor to the system cursor.
7. Hold down the NVDA modifier key and press up arrow twice or three
times until NVDA says something like, fx, sforzando vst.
8. At this point, release the NVDA modifier and use your NVDA left and
right arrows until NVDA says, empty.
When you hear this, press the NVDA right mouse button key. A context
menu should appear, and you will be able to browse for a file from that
drop down menu.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any problems or if you need
clarification on something.

Jes
