[RWP] editing audio

Hello,
I am not 100% sure where to read how to do this, but I'm looking for a 
way to:
1. Apply effects like reverb and noise removal.
2. select a section of audio and only play and change that selection.
3. Play audio in a loop.
4. Learn why it asks you to save a track after all initial recordings?
5. Use folders and how to only edit 1 track and how to edit a whole folder.
If anyone can start to answer any of the above questions, it would be 
amazing! Or if there is a guide that tells how to do this using NVDA 
that would be fantastic also! (NVDA, Jaws, Window Eyes, probably are the 
same).
