[RWP] Setting up the BCF 2000 control surface in Reaper 4.61

Hi,

can anyone please guide me in setting up this contorller in Reaper?

I've long pressed the button 4 with the unit off, I've put it on with 
the button pressed and now all faders are down.

So now seems that the controller it's set in makie mode, but if I assign 
a fader to a volume control, or even if I move a fader without Reaper 
opened, the controller moves it automatically down.

Surely I don't have set something correctly... can you help, please?
